About the Association
Originally established in 1969 as the British Helicopter Advisory Board, the organisation became The British Helicopter Association Limited in November 2008. It is a private company limited by guarantee, with no share capital, registered in England and Wales.
The Association is governed by its members and operates on a not-for-profit basis to serve the long-term interests of the UK rotorcraft industry.
